Excellent Amenities and Service!
clean room convenient minibar rain shower underground parking
I found the room very clean, and it included a minibar. I appreciated the large bottle of water provided. The shower offered both a rain shower head and a handheld option. The hotel's underground parking was quite convenient. I enjoyed a drink at the bar. The young man serving was very nice and provided olives and nuts, a very thoughtful touch.
I noticed the air conditioning lacked individual control, which presented a minor inconvenience.

stylish room thorough cleaning convenient location
The room was stylish with new furniture. Daily cleaning was very thorough, which I appreciated a lot. The bar service included tasty snacks. I found the hotel's proximity to the metro station really convenient.

the staff was quite friendly. the location of the hotel was convenient (i liked being near some nice restaurants). the room was very clean and modern.
the hotel felt a bit outdated. there were not enough power sockets near the bed. the tv in the room was an older model (it could use an update).

excellent hotel experience
separate sinks comfortable beds rooftop bar
the room included two separate sinks, i found this very convenient! the beds were very comfortable, i slept soundly. the rooftop bar was a plus. we loved its quiet and relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. i appreciated the location near public transportation.
the air conditioning was not very effective, i found it difficult to regulate the temperature to my liking.

fantastic experience
superb location early check-in plentiful breakfast
the hotel's location was superb, very close to several metro lines. the staff kindly allowed us to check in early since our room was ready. the room was clean (everything sparkled!) and the staff were helpful. breakfast offered many choices including pastries and fruit.
the fridge in the room was a bit small, so storing lots of drinks was challenging.

the reception staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. the housekeeping staff ensured the room was immaculate each day. staff swiftly addressed a minor maintenance request (much appreciated!).
